Intensive Service Therapist (IFS) Therapist
Education: Masters Degree in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or related field. Experience: Recommended minimum two years of experience in the mental health field. Must be strength based and resiliency based in approach. Employee must be competent in working with diverse cultural backgrounds. Employee must be competent in working with clients with a co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorder. Primary responsibilities include: Provide family and individual therapy that is solution-focused and competency-based. Maintain a caseload of 5-6 families. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. One open position will require a Bilingual speaking professional. Apply for this Position
 
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner- (Adult and Children based prog
(ARNP)- Education: Graduation from an accredited ARNP program and is licensed as an ARNP. Experience: two years of clinical experience with specialization in psychiatry. Primary responsibilities include: Provides direct diagnostic assessment and evaluation. Checks medications, notes progress and condition of all clients under his/her care. Completes documentation in a timely manner, and includes all pertinent information relating to clients and their care. ARNP Sexual Assault Examination
Education: Training and diploma as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Licensure: Must hold a Florida license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Experience: Knowledge or training in the area of OB/GYN. Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented and computer competent. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. (Hours are determined as needed as well as on an on-call base.) Customer Service Assistant Front Desk
Education: High school diploma or GED certificate. Experience: Two years clerical or related work experience. Primary responsibilities include: answering a multiline phone system and greeting and directing customers, as well as staff. Works with clinical staff to ensure that all client updates, treatment plan reviews, etc. are completed into the EMR. Schedules appointments for clients, Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate. Filing, Performs all opening and closing procedures and use of a computer usually are necessary. Must be able to complete a level II background screening and pre-employment drug test in compliance with Florida Law. Forensic Services Case Manager
Education: A four-year bachelor's degree in social services or related fields. Experience: One year of experience with the SPMI population. Prior experience in working with the forensic population would be helpful. Primary responsibilities include: Meets with 916 forensic clients to accurately and rapidly assess and document the client’s symptoms, diagnosis, and interventions, and assures that all program criteria are met for opening the case. Links the client with necessary resources to assist with the client’s needs and monitors the effectiveness of these interventions. Support clients in their effort to stay in the community. Provide other case management services as needed. Services are performed in the community, in the jail and in the office. Attends all court dates as requested by the Public Defender’s Office. Grants and Communication Specialist
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in English/journalism, human services, social sciences, education, planning/administration or related fields. Experience: A documented track record in grant and proposal writing; including project leadership, donor cultivation methodology (government, institutional, private and family foundations), understanding of program development (determination of community need, development of outcome based measurements) and basic principles of financial accounting. Prior work experience (may include positions other than grant writing) within health care and/or social service systems is preferred. Primary responsibilities include: Research and identify public, institutional and family/private funding prospects that are aligned with the agency’s mission and strategic plan for programs and services. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug testing in compliance with Florida Law. Human Resources Associate
Education: Associates degree required with some college courses toward degree in human resources or business administration with work experience in the human resources field. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Professional Human Resources certification preferred Experience: Two to three years working with sensitive and confidential information prior experience in Human Resources or Benefits perferred. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications and some experience with other HRIS systems. Detailed orientated and excellent accuracy. Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality of all information verbal and written. Able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Possess great communication skills written and verbal. Primary responsibilities: Performs human resources related duties for maintenance of HR and Payroll modules of HRIS system, maintains employee benefits and on-line learning system Provides support in the Human Resource Department which will include personnel records, HRIS data entry and maintenance, reports, and training. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, terms, practices and procedures within HR. Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug testing in compliance with Florida Law. Apply for this Position
 
Intake Customer Service
Education: High school diploma or GED certificate. Experience: Two years clerical and customer services experience, skilled in using an electronic medical record or similar database, excellent telephone etiquette. Primary responsibilities include: Functions as access point for participants and staff on the telephone served in the community. Schedules appointments for home and community-based clients and providers. Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs the call to the appropriate person. Completes calls and confirmations of appointments as assigned. Verifies client insurance, demographics, and other pertinent data for scheduled intakes and assessments. Intake Specialist
Education: BA degree required in social work, counseling or related field. Experience: Two years clinical experience and computer skills. Primary responsibilities include: Screens individuals seeking services via telephone or face-to-face meeting and determines eligibility for a specific SCCMH program. When eligible for a specific program, list demographics, problem area, history of problem, referral source, insurance coverage, etc. This position will require a flexible schedule to work some evening hours. Minimum Qualifications: Varies depending on Agency needs. Volunteers must meet requirements equivalent to that of staff in the same position. Must pass all background checks required by program and Agency. Education: Must be attending an accredited institution. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Education: Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker. Experience: 3-5 years provision of clinical experience required working with adults, adolescents and families with mild to severe mental illness or multiple stressors. Must have proficient technology skills, i.e., Microsoft Office. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. Manager-Early Childhood
Education: Graduation from an accredited graduate school with a Master’s degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology or related human service. Licensure: Must be licensed, Florida Statutes as a social worker, mental health counselor, or marriage and family therapist. Experience: 3-5 years provision of clinical experience required. Expertise in Early Childhood including infant mental health, child development, early childhood trauma and evidenced-based clinical interventions for young children. Clinical and administrative supervisory experience preferred. Primary responsibilities include: Oversees and directs the development of policies and procedures for assigned programs to ensure quality care and compliance with funder/payer and accreditation body. Supervises, is accessible to and provides direction to staff. Provides leadership and guidance to staff through appropriate utilization and implementation of the policies and procedures. Develops, constantly improves, implements, and monitors systems to ensure the smooth operation of the program, ultimately resulting in excellent customer service, the timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation, outcome data, and service event entry. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. Rape Crisis Advocate
Education: Master’s degree in counseling or related field; Registered Intern or Licensed status. Licensure: Licensure: LCSW; LMHC, LMFT, License preferred, not required. Experience: Strong counseling skills. Knowledge of dynamics and impact of sexual violence. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Primary responsibilities include: Responsible for providing counseling to primary and secondary victims of sexual assault and sexual harassment. Advocates on behalf of victims/survivors of sexual assault through crisis intervention, SAVE/after clinic, volunteer training, and community involvement .to ensure organizational excellence. Coordinate the subcontracted Hotline services with 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares. Must have personal automobile and meet agency required levels of auto insurance and approved driver status. Reporting Analyst
Education: BA/BS degree in computer sciences or related field of study, and three years of related experience; or AA/AS degree plus five years related experience. Experience: Experience developing reports in a clinical or business environment. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Excel, Access, SQL, Crystal Reports and ODBC. Basic understanding of PCs in a Windows environment. Primary responsibilities include: Designing, developing and modifying custom reports to support the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application. Defining database queries, developing Crystal user parameters and preparing prototypes, report validation and the creation of user documentation. SAVE Medical Assistant
Seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team! Work as an assistant to ARNPs as they perform medical evaluations of adults. Maintain a very organized tracking and filling system. Prepare adults for there exam process including providing information, comfort, emotional support, and physical preparations before, during and after the exam. (Hours are determined as needed. TFS Therapist
Education: Master's degree required in social work, family therapy or closely related field; may be licensed as a clinical social worker, family therapist or mental health counselor. Must be able to assist families struggling with multiple stressors. Understanding of the special problems and treatment of consumers with mental illness and child welfare issues is essential.
